Suicide Prevention is a priority, perhaps this year more than ever. People have lost jobs, family members, friends, and peace of mind. Last year I was blown away to learn how many of us suffer in silence with suicidal thought. The number of people suffering wasn't at all proportional to the number of times the topic is brought up in conversation, media, etc. Normalizing this conversation (as well as conversations about mental health and depression) can go along way to improving suicide prevention.
This month is Suicide Prevention Month. The next 2 QNL's will be focused on raising money to increase awareness for suicide prevention. The non-profit I'd like to point you to is To Write Love On Her Arms. This has been their battle/mission for over a decade, they are very transparent with where their donations/finances, and they continue doing incredible work. Please donate whatever you can: https://twloha.com/donate/
